Climb to the Eagle 2011

What better way to spend a perfect weekday spring morning than with a camera, friends and classic cars? The annual Climb to the Eagle has quickly become one of my favourite classic car events. It’s chilled, relaxed and provides a wonderful opportunity to get up close to some of Adelaide’s nicest useable classics. There are no ego’s, just a few hundred enthusiasts skipping work and chewing the fat instead.

LeMans pre race street parade? I wish….

Does anyone else get the RWB significance of this photo? I believe a certain Nakai’s RWB is named ‘Stella Artois’, as seen in the reflection of the Havelock. This one is much nicer, though.
